With original receipt
You can exchange the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn within ten days of purchase; the original purchase receipt will be required for exchanging the item with a full paid price.
Without original receipt:
- You can also exchange the defective item (if any), unwashed, and unworn without the original receipt but the product will then be assessed as per the current selling price of that time; and the customer will be offered exchange service with same or high value.
The right to refuse the excessive non-receipted exchanges is reserved by Andre Emilio
- The product sold on discounted price will not be exchangeable.
- The garments sold after alteration are considered as final sale and cannot be exchanged
You will be facilitated with exchange service during the course of 7 working days after the delivery of the product. The original receipt of product will be required for your ease and our convenience.
