Follow the following steps to place order on our website.

- Select the product size you require and hit the button “Add to Cart”.
- Click continue shopping if you wish to add more products in the same order.
- Proceed to check out when your shopping is complete.
- Click on the “check out” button and fill in your information.
- Provide billing & shipping information.
- Pay through cash on delivery payment method.
- Finally click on the “Place order now” button.
- You have successfully booked order and will receive confirmation email.

As you place the order, customer is notified with a tracking code that is dedicated to the unique customer and the buyer is informed about the courier service through which your order is being shipped. Whenever you want to check the status of your order just visit the DHL website and put your Waybill number to check your order status.
Website Account User: Our server saves all the required information of website account holder except the financial information,so they have no need to put their information repeatedly. Just visit the site, place order and your order is shipped with only few clicks without putting information again.
Guest User: Any person who wants to shop with us can use our website as a guest. You have to put your information each time you visit and our website will observe you as a new customer every time.
If you have processed order with wrong size mistakenly or you are unsure about the product quantity ordered or there is any other discrepancy, you can cancel the order by replying the order confirmation email or you can also email us at email@example.com before the order dispatch.
Customers can place order online and we will deliver the products at the provided address of their dear ones in gift-wrapping . We can also attach appropriated cards of different events if customer requires.
We take 3 to 4 working days within country. For international delivery we require 10 to 12 working days.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased.You can return unwanted items by post within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.

If the packaging of the product is crushed, then inform the courier personnel and do not sign on the receiving until your satisfaction. In second scenario if the damaged product is packed from factory then we will take exchange of the damaged product and will deliver you a new one only on your one call at +1 (689)-243-1611.
If the person is not available at the given address, then the deliveryman visits the place 3 times in 4 to 5 days for order delivery and if the order remains undelivered then it is returned back to the company. After that new order should be placed
